- Advanced Game Engine Integration: Non-refundable once access is granted
- Advanced Animations: Non-refundable once generated
- API Access: Prorated refund available for unused period
Pro Plan ($119/mo)
- AI Generated Assets: Refundable only for unused assets within the monthly quota (1500 assets/month)
- Decentralized AI Agents: Non-refundable once deployed (limit 10 agents)
- Text-to-Game Conversions: Non-refundable once initiated (limit 50+ conversions)
- Multi-platform Deployment: Prorated refund available for unused period
- VIP Support: Non-refundable
- Commercial Ownership Rights: Non-refundable once granted

Max Plan ($179/mo)
- AI Generated Assets: Refundable only for unused assets within the monthly quota (2500 assets/month)

- Enterprise Features: Prorated refund for unused period

2. Refund Request Process
Timeframe for refund requests:
- Monthly Plans: 7 days of purchase/renewal
- Annual Plans: 30 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items

- Generated animations
- Deployed AI agents
- API calls made
- Support services rendered
- Custom integration work performed
4. Proration and Calculations
- Unused service period: Prorated refund based on remaining days
- Annual subscriptions: 20% yearly discount will be deducted from refund amount
- Usage-based features: Deducted from refund amount at standard rates
5. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered outside standard policy for:
- Service outages exceeding 24 hours
- Critical technical issues preventing service use
- Billing errors
6. Changes to Policy
